JUDGMENT
1. The present writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.PC praying inter alia for quashing of the Complaint Case No.265/2012 filed by the respondent No.2 and for setting aside the order dated 14.12.2012 by which process was issued in the aforesaid Complaint Case. W.P.(CRL) 1789/2013and W.P.(CRL) 1793/2013 Page 1 of[2] 2013:DHC:7522
2. Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petitions while reserving the right of the petitioners to seek the appropriate relief by filing a criminal revision petition and/or approaching the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for appropriate orders in accordance with law.
