29.10.2013 Ms.Sanjida is present in Court. We have enquired from her about her wishes inCourt as well as in Chamber. She has submitted that she would like to stay with her parents and is presently also staying with them on her own.
In view of the aforesaid, counsel for the petitioner says that now nothing survives in this writ petition and the same may be disposed of.
Since this petition is for issuance ofawrit ofhabeas corpus and
Ms.Sanjida has appeared and expressed her wish that she is staying
2013:DHC:7559-DB with her parents willingly, no further directions are required to be given in the matter.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
Crl.M.A. No.14183/2013 has become infructuous and the same is disposed ofaccordingly.
