ORDER
1. The present writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.PC praying inter a/ia for quashing of the Complaint Case No.267/2012 filed by the respondent No.2 and for setting aside the order dated 17.01.2013 by which process was issued in the aforesaid Complaint Case. W.P(CRL) 179212013 and W.P.(CRL) 179412013 2013:DHC:8137
2. Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petitions while reserving the right of the petitioners to seek the appropriate relief by filing a criminal revision petition and/or approaching the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for appropriate orders in accordance with law.
