House Courts, New Delhi; and the complaint case No;5008/10 titled
'Kaliber Associates vs. M/s.HKK Buildwell Pvt. Ltd.' pending in the court of
Sh.Vikrant Vaid, MM, Saket Courts, New Delhi] be transferred to the
Dwarka Courts, Delhi. Ordered accordingly. The complaint case bearing
No.33089/10 titled 'Appreciate Fincap Pvt. Ltd. Vs. M/s.HKK Buildwell Pvt.
Ltd.' and the case No.3355/12 titled 'Roop Madan Vs. M/s.HKK Buildwell
Pvt. Ltd.' are already pending at Dwarka Courts.
Parties will appear before the District Judge at Dwarka on

By the present application, petitioner seeks correction of the typographical error in the order dated 30.10.2013. Despite an advance copy having been served, none is present on behalf of the non-applicants.
It is pointed out that in the first paragraph of the order dated
30.10.2013 at serial no. (ii) the prayer for transfer of the case No.1461/1 titled 'Appreciate Fincap Pvt. Ltd. Vs. M/s.HKK Buildwell Pvt. Ltd., pending in the court of Sh.Nipun Awasthi, MM, Saket Courts, New Delhi, has been mentioned, however, in the concluding portion of the order inadvertently this particular case has not been mentioned to be transferred to the court at Dwarka. The typographical error is corrected accordingly. The concluding portion of the order dated 30.10.2013 will be read including the case bearing No.1461/1 titled 'Appreciate Fincap Pvt. Ltd. Vs. M/s.HKK
Buildwell Pvt. Ltd., pending in the court of Sh.Nipun Awasthi, MM, Saket
Courts, New Delhi; and the same shall also be transferred to the Dwarka
Courts, Delhi.
