FIR 303/2012 was registered at Police Station Pandav Nagar on the complaint of Vikas Batra, proprietor of Vikas Auto Centre on
21.07.2012. The complainant alleged that in 2009 Amamath Sharma @
Pappu had approached for a loan of ^3 lacs. As a security, he surrendered the NOC of HP on TSR No. DL-lRL-0922. It reveals that Praveen Kumar managed to get the vehicle transferred in the name of Shatrughan Mahato by forging documents in connivance with the STA officials Burari and did not

2013:DHC:8167 return the amount. Shatrughan Mahato has stated that he is a bonafide purchaser of the TSR and has paid his 18 instalments of ^11,000/- each to
Amamath Sharma. Primarily the dispute is regarding non-retum of loan amount taken in the year 2009. The petitioners were granted interim protection and directed to join the investigation. They have sincejoined the investigation. On the previous date of hearing, learned Additional Public
Prosecutor stated that original hypothecation letter from original ownerVikas Batra has been obtained and he has denied the signatures on the document. The said original hypothecation has been sent to FSL. He gave no objection to the grant of interim protection to the petitioners. The FSL report is still awaited
Considering all these facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of their arrest, they be released on bail on -fumishing personal bond in the sum of
^50,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that they shall join the investigation as and when required.
The bail application stands disposed of.
