Rs.20 Lakhs each drawn in the name of each of the deeree holders in each of the aforesaid execution cases. The judgment debtor No.l has offered the said pay orders to the deeree holders in full and final satisfaction of the respective decrees.
After taking instructions, learned senior counsel for the deeree holders states that the decree holders are agreeable to accept the said pay orders in full & final satisfaetion of the respeetive deerees, subjeet to eneashment.
