By the present petition, the petitioner submits that CC No.9977/01 and CC No.l25/A/12, which are listed before different courts at Tis Hazari be heard by one Court, as parties are common in both the complaints, which pertain to Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
Notice. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and does not oppose the prayer made in this application.
Accordingly, present petition is allowed. District Judge-I, Tis Hazari
Courts, shall list both the complaints i.e. CC No.9977/01 and CC
N0.125/A/12 in one Court. Parties shall appear before the District Judge on
6.12.2013.
Petition stands disposed of.
DASTI to the parties to enable them to bring to the notice of the
District Judge-I, Tis Hazari Courts, the order passed by this Court today.
