06.11.2013 This is a joint application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC filed by the plaintiff and the defendant stating that they have arrived at a compromise amongst themselves on the terms and conditions as stipulated therein. A cheque of Rs. 11,500/- is also being paid to the plaintiff by the defendant, which the plaintiffshall donate towards a charity for the empowennent and protection of women. Both the parties to remain bound by the tenns and conditions of the settlement.
In view of the compromise airiA'ed at between the parties, the suit is decreed in favour of the plaintiffand against tlie defendant in terms of the

/ prayers (a) to (d). Decree be drawn accordingly. The court fees may be refunded to theplaintiffin view of Section 16-A of theCourt Fees Act.
