08.11.2013 During the course of arguments, petitioners' counsel on instructions volunteered to pay ?75,000/- to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any) towards dowry articles.
On this the complainant, who is present, has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail.

Considering allthese facts andcircumstances of the case andthe offer of the petitioners to pay ?75,000/- to the complainant, the petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of their arrest in case FIR
No.406/2012 under Sections 498A/406 IPG & under Section 4 of D.P.Act registered at PoUce Station Jyoti Nagar, they be released on bail on their furnishing personal bondin the sumof ^40,000/- eachwith one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that they shall join the investigation as and when required.
The petitioners shall pay?75,000/- to the complainant through Investigatmg
Officer within one month and this payment shall be without prejudice and subject to future adjustment, ifany.
The bail applications stand disposed of.
