By the present petition the petitioner seeks transfer of case arising out of FIR No.95/2005, registered under Section 509 IPG at P.S. G.R. Park titled as 'State v. AtuI Taiwan and Others' pending in the Court of Ms.Anu
Aggarwal, Metropolitan Magistrate, South District, to the court of another
Metropolitan Magistrate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner point out that the nnatter is listed before the concerned Court tomorrow i.e. on 12.11.2013.
Learned counsel for the State enters appearance on an advance copy and submits that charge sheet has been filed in this case. It is further stated that a supplementary charge sheet has also been filed on
30.11.2011.
2013:DHC:8259 Heard. Keeping in view the fact that charge sheet was filed as far back as on 30.11.2011, the concerned Court is directed to frame the charge in the matter on 12.11.2013, when the matter is stated to be listed before the trial court.
Accordingly, petition stands disposed of.
Let a copy of this order be given DASTI to counsel for the petitioner under the signature of Court Master.
