ORDER o/o 11.11.2013 CM No. 17589/2013 The exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions.

This appeal is directed against the order dated 29.08.2013 passed by a learned Single Judge of this court in I.A. No. 2874 of
2013 whereby the learned Single Judge has given certain directions with regard to the repairs, painting and polishing of the premises in question as also for putting the premises on rent. For this purpose, the learned Single Judge has appointed a Court Commissioner. The learned Single Judge has also directed that the Court Commissioner
2013:DHC:6995-DB I I would bring quotations from contractors with regard to the repair, painting and polishing as also the tenants available for the property being let out and the rentals they are ready to pay. The next date fixed before learned Single Judge is 02.12.2013. The said order would continue to operate with a slight modification, in that, apart from the
Court Commissioner producing offers from the available tenants, the parties would also be at liberty to produce their offers from prospective tenants, before the court, on 02.12.2013. All the parties shall co-operate with the Court Commissioner.
With this modification, the appeal stands disposed off
