12.11.2013 CM No.18004/2013 The learned counsel for the parties state that the matter has been settled and the present application has been filed for recording this settlement between the parties. We have gone through the application and heard the learned counsel for the parties. The terms of settlement are set out in paragraph 5 of the application, which we need not repeat herein. The settlement is lawful and, therefore, the same is taken on record. The parties shall be bound by the same. Mr Sandeep Choudhary, the authorized representative of the appellant and Mr Atul Srivastava, the authorized representative of the respondent are present in Court and they have signed the application.
A cheque bearing no.227467 dated 12.11.2013 for a sum of
^20,52,900/- drawn on AXIS Bank, Green Park, New Delhi in favour of the
DLF Ltd. has been handed over by the learned counsel for the appellant to
2013:DHC:7085-DB the learned counsel for the respondent. This payment has been made in terms ofthe paragraph 5(b) ofthe application.
The application, appeal and the pending application stands disposed of, in terms ofthe settlement.
