ORDER
1. Counsel appearing for the respondents with his usual fairness states that he has discussed the matter with the respondents and respondents are agreeable to withdrawal of the orders dated II.I[2].20I[2] by which petitioners were again directed to be on probation, subject to the condition ' that petitioners will ensure that they will strictly abide by the code of conduct and rules and regulations of the respondent No.l/institute.
3. Therefore so far as impugned orders are concerned, the same are withdrawn, however, it is clarified that if the respondent No.l wants to take any action in accordance with law against the petitioners, then, by necessarily complying with the applicable laws and rules of the respondent No.l if there is any cause. of action against any of the petitioners, the respondent No.l/institute can take action in accordance with law.
