ORDER
1. There are no pleadings in the writ petition as to what was the original license fee charged from those to whom shops have been licensed in the precincts ofthe Karkardooma Court Complex and what is being charged. How license fee charged from licensees at the Delhi High Court precincts has not been stated.
2. In view of the aforesaid, counsel seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with right reserved to file afresh petition on the same cause but with material particularsneeded.
3. The petitionis dismissed as withdrawn.
