ORDER
1. After some arguments counsel seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition on account of the fact that it was pointed out that neither Mohd.Kaleem against whom relief is prayed for has been impleaded as respondent nor have those persons been impleaded as respondents whose 0' appointment is sought to be got cancelled. Further, Mohd.Kaleem has been charge-sheeted. In any case he is to superannuate on January 31, 2014.
