13.11.2013 In the above captioned two petitions, petitioners are seeking gnashing of the complaint case No. 6557/1/04 (in Crl. M.C.
No.965/2007) and complaint case No. 1983/1999 (in Crl. M.C. NO. 966/2007) on merits.

2013:DHC:6795 -r " ft While entertaining the above captioned two petitions, personal appearance on behalf of petitioners before the trial court was exempted andwhile admitting these two petitions, the interim order was allowed to continue provided petitioners is duly represented through counsel and it was made clear that the proceedings in these two complaints shall continue.
Perhaps for the aforesaid reasons, none had appeared on behalf of petitioners when these matters were taken up on 12"' November, 2013.
Even today, none has appeared for petitioners. It appears that petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing these proceedings. Interim order of
23""^ March, 2007 is vacated and these two petitions are dismi^d in default.
