This appeal is directed against the order dated 13.08.2013 passed by a learned Single Judge ofthis court in LA No. 2689/2013 in
CS(OS) No. 1512/2006. The learned Single Judge has merely passed an order requiring that valuation of the three properties be done by an expert valuer. We are informed by the learned counsel for the respondents that the valuation has already been done and the valuation report has been filed before the learned Single Judge.
In this view of the matter, this appeal, in essence, has become infructuous. The same is disposed of as such. All the contentions
2013:DHC:7345-DB thatthe appellant seeks to raise before uswithregard to thesale ofthe properties may be raised before the learned Single Judge when the matter is taken up by him on 21.11.2013, which is the next date fixed before him.
