18.11.2013 After extensive arguments, it has been agreed between the petitioner and the respondent no.3 that they will request Mr. Ramesh Gupta, Senior Advocate, to mediate in the matter and whatever be the decision of Mr. Gupta, both of them will accept and will not challenge the same by way of any proceeding whatsoever.
The learned counsel appearing for Bar Council of India states that the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the order of Bar Council of India
-- 2013:DHC:7256 ()/ dated 23.8.2013 is listed before the Bar Council of India in its meeting scheduled to be held on 24/25.11.2013 and the revision petition(s) is likely to be heard and decided on either ofthese two (2) dates. The meeting is scheduled to be take place at Delhi.
In view of the said submissions, the writ petitions are disposed of with directions to Bar Council of India to dispose ofthe revision petition(s) filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
Considering the pendency ofthe revision petition, the Bar Council ofDelhi is requested to defer the hearing of the complaint against the petitioner, which is scheduled for hearing today.
There shall be no orders as to costs.
All pending applications also stand disposed of.
