JUDGMENT
1. Learned Counsel for the parties submit ad idem that the appellant and the respondent have settled the dispute and that CS (OS) 237/2018, from an interlocutory order passed in which the present appeal emanates, has been decreed in terms of the settlement, by order dated 20 December 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court, a copy of which has been handed over across the Bar.
