Bar Association & Anr. v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Anr., W.P.(C)
No.4770/2012, decided on 09.10.2013, the Plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of excess court fee.
The Plaintiff shall be further entitled to refund of 50% of the court fees in terms of Section 16-A of the Court Fees Act, 1870 as applicable to
Delhi.
A certificate to this effect shall be issued to the Plaintiff.
The application stands disposed of.
