1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners restricts his prayers in the present Petition to an order granting him liberty to agitate the issue qua territorial jurisdiction before the learned Trial Court.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that he has no objection to the same.

3. Accordingly and with the consent of parties, the present Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioners (Defendants before the learned Trial Court) to take all objections qua territorial jurisdiction before the learned Trial Court.
