The terms ofthe compromise are fair and just.
The application is singed by the plaintiff, defendant Nos. 1 & 2 and their respective counsels and is also supported by the affidavit of the plaintiffs representative Mr. Xavier Pinto and the deceased defendant No. 1.
In view of the aforesaid, the suit stands disposed of as compromised on the terms and conditions contained in the application. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the compromise. ~
