ORDER

1. On the last date of hearing, counsel for the petitioners was directed to obtain instructions from his clients in the light of the stand taken by the State that the petitioners had not furnished the registers of their placement agency with effect from the year 2010. BAIL APPLN. 800/2013 and BAIL APPLN. 804/2013 Page 1 of[3] 2013:DHC:6998 \\

2. Today, the Court is informed by the counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners had got the registration of their placement agency done in January, 2012 and therefore, there is no question of their being in a position to furnish the registers for the period prior thereto.

3. Learned APP states on instructions from the Investigating Officer that the statement made on the last date was on the basis of the information gathered by the Investigating Officer from the neighbourhood of the petitioners and now he has verified the fact that the registration of the placement agency of the petitioners had been done by the Government of NCT of Delhi in January, 2012. He further informs the Court that both the petitioners have joined the investigation.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, it is directed that in the event of their arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of <30,000/- each with one surety of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO and subject to the following conditions:-

(i) The petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation and present themselves for interrogation by the IO as and when BAIL APPLN. 800/2013 an,d BAIL APPLN. 804/2013 Page 2 of[3] ' required and will not create any hindrance or impediment during the course of the investigation.

(ii) The petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person so as to dissuade them from disclosing material facts to the Court or to any police officer.

(iii) The petitioners shall not make any effort to contact the maid servant or her family members on whose complaint, the present FIR came to be registered.
