27.11.2013 Crl.M.C.3976/2013 is a petition under Articles 226/227 of the
2013:DHC:7430 A y i A Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of
FIR No.53/2012, P.S. C.A.W. Cell, Nanakpura u/s 498A/406/34 IPC.
Along with this petition, another petition bearing Crl.M.C.4028/2013 has also been filed for quashing of FIR No.273/2012, P.S. Punjabi
Bagh, u/s 353/186/323/34 IPC.
However, in Crl.M.C.4028/2013, learned APP for the State submits that she strongly opposes the quashing of the FIR. The complainant SI Aditi Lilly also states that she has not settled the matter. That being so, counsel for the petitioner submits that he withdraws both the petitions.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, both the petitions stands dismissed as withdrawn.
