28.11.2013 The present are applications for anticipatoiy bail in FIR No.104/2013 underSections 342/325/506/34 IPGPoliceStation- Vikaspuri.
The brieffacts as stated in the FIR are that on 20.03.2012 the injured
RahulPanjwani was athishouse in Vikaspuri when he received acall from

The brieffacts as stated in the FIR are that on 20.03.2012 the injured

NO.DL 2CW 4154 Hyundai Accent inside which the applicant Vishal
Chandhao,was sittingwho openedthe door for the injuredand asked hi. tosit inside. Apartfrom the applicant Vishal Chaudhatythetwo applicants, namely, Pulkit Vishwakannaand Akshay Tyagi were alreadysitting in thesaid vehicle.
All these fourboystalkedtoeachotherinsidethecarwhenthethreeapplicants demanded money from the injured to enable them to buy liquor. Upon refusal bythe mjuredtogiveanymoneyto thethreeapplicantstheythreatenedhimand thereafter started beating him inside the car. It is alleged that the three applicants tried to snatch his purse.
On the basis of the complaint and statement on behalf of the complainant/injured the subject FIRhas been registered.
Mr. Mahipal Malik, learned APP, upon instructions from lO ASI Rajbir
Singhsubmitsthat all the three applicants havejoined and co-operatedwith the mvestigation and have already been arrested and released on bail. It is also submitted by the leamed APP ti,at there is no existing criminal record against any of the applicants.
In the present case it is observed that all the three applicants have clean antecedents and are young men who are still to acquire their undergraduate degrees midare studying forthe same. It is also relevant to note that if the

In view of the aforesaid the interim, orders dated 14.08.2013 and
04.09.2013 passed in Bail Appln.1474/2013 and Bail Appln.1558/2013 respectively, are made absolute on the same terms and conditions.
Theapplications aredisposed of accordingly.
