ORDER
1. On 21.11.2013, counsel for the appellant had stated that the appellant in both the cases had expired in November, 2013 and the learned APP for the State was directed to verify the aforesaid position and revert back.
2. Today, a status report is handed over by the learned APP for the State stating inter alia that in the course of inquiry, it was learnt that the appellant herein was got admitted in the hospital on 1.11.2013 with the history of acute chronic liver diseases and he had expired on 17.11.2013 at the hospital. As a result, death verification of the CRL.A. 92/2007 &CRL.A.93/2007 2013:DHC:8643 le? appellant has been conducted and the statement made by the counsel for the appellant stands verified.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present appeals are disposed of as having abated in view of the demise of the appellant.
