JUDGMENT
1. The learned counsel for the parties submit that since Mr. S.M. Chopra, ADJ (Retd.) (Mobile No.9213230349) has been appointed as an arbitrator in respect of the disputes obtaining between the parties, the captioned petitions be also placed before the. learned arbitrator, who may treat the same as applications under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (in short the Act).
2. Parties are also agreed that pending the disposal ofthe petitions /.968/20.12 &972/2012 ". ^ O.M.I 2013:DHC:8385 ^plications, interim orders dated 16.10.2012. should continue to operate. It is ordered accordingly.
3. •The ai-bitrator, will treat the captioned petitions as applications under Section 17 ofthe Act. Pending the disposal ofthe petitions / applications, interim orders dated •16.10.2012, will continue to operate.
4. Needless to say, the learned arbitrator shall have the liberty to modify or vacate or affirm or even expand the scope of the mtenm orders, albeit"in accordance with the law.
