A 11cr some arguments. Mr. Malhotra, the learned senior counsel for the appellant, seeks leave to withdraw the captioned appeal and approach the learned arbitrator with a fresh application.
• Mr. Maihotra says that the appellant would approach the learned arbitrator to provide a fresh bank guarantee in addition to the hank guarantee. which has already been furnished to the respondent, to secure the respondent, in respect of the interest that may accrue during the pendency of the arbitration proceedings.
