0 Maruti Esteem car No.HR-12 H-4047 from one Paramjit Singh Sethi. The R.C. ofthe car is still in the name ofParamjit Singh Sethi. It is submitted that the co-accused Sukh Chan had taken the car from the petitionerand had gone to Rajasthan. Further allegations are that the said Sukh Chan was found mpossession of28 boxes ofHquor. It is stated that co-accused Sukh Chan has already been granted bail by the learned sessions court. It is stated that Paramjit Singh Sethi has also been granted anticipatory bail by the learned sessions court. 2013:DHC:7065 Q Considering the totality of facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bond in the sum of ^15,000/- with surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of arresting officer/I.O. The petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called by the I.O. In case the petitioner does not join the investigation, the State will be at liberty to apply for cancellation ofanticipatoiy bail ofpetitioner. The application stands disposed of. Dasti.
