21.11.2013 The file is taken up today as 15.11.2013 was declared hoHday on account of "Muharram".
The allegations against the petitioners are under Section
308/323/34 IPG. There are five injured persons in this case. Their
MLCs have been perused. The victim Ram Prasad Bismil has sustained injuries on the head and as per the opinion given by the
Head of Neurosurgery Department of Jag Parvesh Ghandra Hospital, Delhi, the nature of injuries is grievous. The three other victims have sustained injuries on the parietal region. The fifth victim has sustained injuries on the foot. The bricks and dands have been used in the alleged occurrence.
The dispute had occurred on account of construction of a plot.
A cross case is also registered against the victims vide FIR
No.241/2013 under Section 308/34 IPG.
2013:DHC:8200 \A Considering the seriousness of allegations, present is not a fit case for the grant ofanticipatory bail.
The bail application is dismissed.
