Respondent No. 2 is present in person. She as well as the learned APP opposes the quashing of the FIR, inasmuch as, the
2013:DHC:7371 petitioners have not complied with the terms and conditions of the statement on the basis of which he has filed this petition. That being so, there is no reason for quashing of the FIR on the ground of settlement.
The petitions stand disposed of.
