1. This appeal has been filed against the order dated 13.11.2013 passed by a learned single Judge of this court in IA No. 17828/2013 in CS(OS) 2149/2013. The learned single Judge has essentially taken the same view in the impugned order which he took while dealing with IA NO. 17553/2013 in CS(OS) 2111/2013 entitled Delhi Bar Association & Others v. Delhi High Court Bar Association and Another. This would be evident from paragraphs 21, 22 and 23 of the impugned order. 2013:DHC:6249-DB FAO (OS) 510/13
2. In view of and for the reasons indicated in our order passed today itself in FAO(OS) 510/2013, which was an appeal against the order dated 31.10.2013 passed in IA No.17553/2013 in CS(OS) 2111/2013, which has been relied upon by the learned single Judge in the impugned order, we remit this matter to the learned single Judge for a decision on the application of the appellant in terms or our said order. The said application shall be listed before the learned single Judge on 05.12.2013 in the first instance. The appeal stands disposed of.
