ORDER
1. The matter has been taken up today as 4.12.2013 was declared holiday on account ofelections.
2. After brief submissions, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to take such appropriate recourse as may be permissible in law.
3. The learned counsel for the respondentiDDA does not have any objection to the same subject to the fact that she may be permitted to 2013:DHC:8604 ) y make all such pleas with regard to delay and latches in accordance with law.
