ORDER o/o 05.12.2013 After some hearing, Mr.Garg, learned counsel for the appellant sought liberty towithdraw the appeal.
Learned counsel for the appellant inter alia stated that liberty may be granted to the appellant to make an appropriate representation to the Wakf Board contending that the suit property is in fact Wakf
. /•' i property as is evidenced from the RTI /reply dated 3 August, 2011 ofthe Delhi Wakf Board and that appropriate action should be taken.
2013:DHC:8583-DB If such representation is made, the same shall be dealt with by the
WakfBoard in accordance with law.
The representation shall be disposed offexpeditiously.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
