05.12.2013 By the present petition, the petitioner seel<s following directions to the respondents: i) To issue appropriate writ, direction and/or orders under the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents; ii) To direct the respondents to give reply to the complaint dated 23-05-2011; iii) To set aside the order dated 5-3-2013, passed by Shri
B.R. Kedia, Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act and direct the respondent to register an F.I.R., investigate the matter in accordance with law; iv) Cost of the petitioner may also be awarded in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents;

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he restricts his prayer to prayer (ii) of the writ petition, whereby a direction is sought to the respondents to give reply to the complaint of the petitioner dated
23.05.2011.
Mr.Saleem Ahmed, learned counsel for the State, submits that reply to the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.5.2011, if not given, shall be given to the petitioner within four weeks from today, at his address mentioned in the writ petition.
In view ofthe stand taken by counsel for the State, present petition stands disposed of.
