Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he restricts his prayer to prayer (ii) of the writ petition, whereby a direction is sought to the respondents to give reply to the complaint of the petitioner dated
23.05.2011.
Mr.Saleem Ahmed, learned counsel for the State, submits that reply to the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.5.2011, if not given, shall be given to the petitioner within four weeks from today, at his address mentioned in the writ petition.
In view ofthe stand taken by counsel for the State, present petition stands disposed of.
