05.12.2013 This matter has been taken up today as 04.12.2013 was declared to be a Holiday on account of Assembly Election. j Counsel for the State submits that the investigation is almost complete and the charge-sheet will be filed within one week. In this case i whilb issuing notice on 12.12.2012 petitioner was protected and it was directed that the petitioner be not arrested.
; Counsellor the State submits that the arrest of the petitioner would not be required in this case. i Learned senior counsel for the petitioner on instructions from
Mr.^nubhav Bhasin, advocate submits that since the investigation is coniplete, the petitioner will raise all grounds as raised in the present petition at the time of arguments on charge. Accordingly, as prayed, the petition is dismissed as not pressed, at this stage.
