ORDER

1. This is an application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC for disposal of instant appeal on the basis of the compromise having been arrived between the parties. The application is supported by the affidavits ofDal Chand, Rohats Chand, Abdul Aziz and Fulwa.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and also gone through the contents of the application. The entire amount of compensation which has been deposited by the learned LAC with the learned ADJ, be released to the present appellants and the learned 2013:DHC:7820 \} r counsel for the respondents, on instructions, states that he does not have any objection totheamount being released to theappellant. The application is accordingly allowed. LA Appeal No.373/2008 In view of orders passed in CM No.19466/2013, no further directions arerequired inthe appeal andthe samestands disposed of.
