ORDER
09.12.2013 Learned counsel for the judgment debtor informs me that the parties have aiTived at a settlement through the aegis of the Delhi High Court
Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The settlement refen^ed to is dated
26.11.2013. The settlement agreement is filed with the court.
As per the settlement agreement the judgment debtor is to pay a sum of Rs.l8 lacs to the decree holder in the manner provided for in the aforementioned settlement agreement. I am informed that the first tranche of Rs. 1 lac has already been paid to the decree holder. There is, however, no representation on behalf ofthe decree holder.
In these circumstances, the captioned petition is disposed of. The parties shall abide by the terms of the settlement. In particular, judgment debtor shall pay the money in the mode and manner agreed to in the settlement agreement.
