Manocha, Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, to the Court of
Ms.Gurmohina Kaur, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket Court, where CC
No.2183/1/10 under Section 138 Nl Act, titled as Rajesh Kumar Walia v.
Satish Batra, is already pending.
Notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accept notice. Counsel for respondent no.2 submits that she has no objection.
Accordingly, the C.C. No.3258/2008 shall stand transferred to the court of Ms.Gurmohina Kaur, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket Court, where
CC No.2183/1/10 under Section 138 Nl Act, titled as Rajesh Kumar Walia v.
Satish Batra, is already pending.
Petition stands disposed of in view of above.
