11.12.2013 The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions seeks to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to file the civil suit, since
2013:DHC:7460 disputed question of facts are involved in these petitions. He also seeks an interim protection till the petitioners approach the civil court, for an appropriate relief
In these circumstances, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
The interim order passed by this Court on 9^^ March, 2011 shall continue till5^January, 2014. The order shall automatically come to an end on that date without any further directions from the Court.
The respondents are directed to convey the said direction to the concerned authorities.
One copy each of this order be given dasti to the p^ptfes under the signature ofthe Court Master.
