11.12.2013 The aforesaid writ petitions are disposed of with the direction that the writ petitions shall be treated as a representation/ objections ofthe petitioners and shall be considered by the Chamber Allotment Committee, in the light of the relevant rules and an appropriate decision on the same shall be taken within four (4) weeks from today. The respondents are directed to reserve one chamber each for all the petitioners and the said reservation shall continue till the Chamber Allotment
Committee considers the representations/ objections in terms of this order and communicates the same to the petitioners and for one week thereafter. In case the decision by the Chamber Allotment Committee is taken on or before the
13.12.2013, the reservation of chamber shall continue till 7.1.2014. In case the petitioners are aggrieved from the decision which the Chamber Allotment
Committee shall take, in terms of this order, they can avail such appropriate remedies as are open to them in law.
All pending CMs also stand disposed of.
There shall be no orders as to costs.
