Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) and the petitioners herein have preferred second appeal before the Income Tax
2013:DHC:7243-DB Appellate Tribunal along withan application for stay.
In view of the aforesaid position, the writ petitions are disposed of, directing that the interim order dated 9'^ September, 2013 will continue till the application for stay is decided by the tribunal.
