11.12.2013 After some arguments, upon instructions, learned counsel for the appellant sought liberty to withdraw the appeal. He further submitted that the parties may approach and resolve their disputes through mediation. The suggestion to explore the possibility of a mediated settlement is accepted by the learned counsel for the respondent. In these circumstances, the parties shall be present before the Delhi Mediation Centre at Dwarka on 16.01.2014 to attempt and resolve the disputes in a comprehensive manner. The appeal and pending application are disposed off in the above terms.
