JUDGMENT

1. Mr 'fandon has reverted with instructions fiorn his client,ri.e., thc respondent. He says that based on a request made by the appellant on 06.12.2013 to include in the pending arbitration proceedings, its supplementary claims as well, the respondent has indicated its consent to thc salne. This approval has been obtained, according to Mr Tandon, vide note dated II.12.2013, which is set out on the communication dated 06.12.2013 itself. As a matter of fact, the respondcnt has also referred its counter clairns to the arbitrator.
