JUDGMENT
1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that settlement with regard to the subject matter ofthis appeal has been arrived between them which have been reduced into a term sheet dated 21^^ November, 2013 which have been placed before the learned Company Judge.
2. In view of the settlement between the parties, a prayer is made by Mr. Jay Savla, learned counsel for the appellant prays for leave to withdraw this appeal.
