Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the present petition and in view of the stand taken by counsel for the respondent, present petition is allowed. CC No.l071/R/2012 is transferred from the Court of Sh.Chander
Mohan, Metropolitan Magistrate, Tis Hazari Courts, to the Court of Ms.Neha
