Magistrate, Tis Hazari Courts, to the Court of Ms.Neha Paliwal, Metropolitan Magistrate, where connected matters, between, the same parties are pending.
Notice. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and submits that he has no objection if the present petition is allowed. It is also informed that the connected matters are listed before the appropriate trial court on 23.12.2013.
Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the present petition and in view of the stand taken by counsel for the respondent, present petition is allowed. CC No.l071/R/2012 is transferred from the Court of Sh.Chander
Mohan, Metropolitan Magistrate, Tis Hazari Courts, to the Court of Ms.Neha
Paliwal, Metropolitan Magistrate. List CC No.l071/R/2012 before the appropriate.trial court on 23.12.2012, when connected matters are stated to be listed.
Petition stands disposed of in view of above.
