3. The appellant herein was charged with the same offence as one Virendra Rameshchandra Bhoite and in his case the order of bail granted earlier has been confirmed by this Court on 1.2.1013. In Page 2 view of the fact that charge-sheet has been filed in the present case also, we confirm the order dated 2.1.2013 granting interim bail to the appellant.
