Learned Counsel for OL has returned with instructions and submits that the prayers in the present Petition are essentially for directions qua the claim of the Petitioner which has been filed before the office of the OL on 19.07.2024. 3.[1] Learned Counsel for OL submits that there is no wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court, the claim as filed by the Petitioner is being processed. It is further contended, on instructions, that the claim is in the process of verification. CCP(CO.) 1/2025 3.[2] Learned Counsel for OL additionally submits that there is only a delay in processing the claim and there is no wilful disobedience of the orders of the Court.
