JUDGMENT
1. The prayer in this writ petition is only for a direction to decide the petitioner’s appeal which has been pending with the respondents since 15 July 2024.
2. Mr. Farman Ali, who appears for the respondents, submits on instructions, that if four weeks’ time is granted, the appeal would be decided.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to W.P.(C) 3566/2025 the respondents to decide the petitioner’s appeal within four weeks and to communicate the decision to him immediately thereupon.
4. Needless to say, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken in appeal, remedies available in law would remain reserved.
