I o 06.0r.2014 CA No.16/2014 This is a joint application filed by the petitioner as well as the respondent, inter-alia, praying that the settlement entered into between the parties and as recorded in the Memorandum of Settlement dated 26.12.2013 be taken on record.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The parties are directed to abide the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of
,L-,r-r. Settlement. In the event, the terms of settlernent are not complied with by
' the respondent, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a fi'esh petition.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition and the application are disposed of.
